Culture Momas Flour

Culture Momas Flour is a delicious flour that's blended to help support breastfeeding moms’ increased nutritional needs during this time. Long cooking time unlocks the energy and nutrition trapped inside the dormant grain, it also ensures that all the ingredients are well cooked.

  • 1 cup Culture Flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1⁄2 cup whole milk or 1 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1 cup chopped banana or strawberries
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons raisins (or more, to taste)
  • Honey or other sweetener, to taste


  • In a small Sufuria (saucepan), add water, milk, vanilla, salt and raisins.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add your culture flour to a small amount of cold water, stir until smooth.
  • Add flour mixture to boiling sufuria (saucepan), stir for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 35 minutes without stirring.
  • If the liquid is not completely absorbed, cook for 3-5 minutes longer, partially covered.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup or honey. Top it with banana, frozen blueberries and walnuts if desired.
