Culture Soya Flour

Culture Soya Flour (blend) is an all natural, full fat flour made by roasting soya beans in industrial oven, and then grinding it finely. It has a smooth texture, earthy aroma and a nutty flavour. Soya Flour is a good source of high quality protein. Soya flour can be consumed by mixing it up to 10 % with Whole Wheat Flour or cooking a lovely porridge. Culture Soya flours can be used in baked goods such as bread. Biscuits, buns, milk bread, doughnuts, cakes, cake mixes, cookies, pancakes and pasta products just not because they are nutritious.
